Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Sales Tax:
State Sales and Room Tax are not included in the room rates.
Pets:
Sorry, we cannot accommodate your pets.
Personal Care Items:
We ask that you do not use our towels and wash cloths to remove make-up or to polish shoes.
Heart Streams is a non-smoking, non-alcohol facility:
Smoking inside the B&B will result in a minimum charge of $100.00. Smoking is allowed on the porch.
Reservations:
We only accept phone-in reservations. One night's deposit is required to make a reservation. Holiday and Special Events require a two-night minimum. No-shows will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
We will return your deposit only if we know in time to re-rent your room.
Security:
The doors to the B&B are locked at 10:00 PM. If you return after this time, you can enter by the farm house door but please request a late key.
Whisper quiet is requested after 11:00 PM and before 7:00 AM.
